All watches sold come with a 3-day return policy. Simply ship the watch back to us in the exact same condition, and we will refund the full payment price within 3 working days after we inspect the returned item. Returns must be sent overnight or by priority international delivery, fully insured and paid for by the customer. Watches returned must be in the same condition as shipped, as we will conduct a thorough inspection of the watch prior to issuance of any refund. New-in-box watches may only be returned if there is material defect, and the watch is returned fully intact and unworn. Customers located in the state of California must have a resale license to transact business with Ten Past Ten Timepieces, or be subject to appropriate sales tax to be determined by the county where you reside.
Watches are sold as-is, and there is no guarantee of movement accuracy, due to the nature of vintage watches. Beyond the 3-day inspection period, we will not warrant nor guarantee the performance or accuracy of any watches we sell. We will provide a best effort attempt to describe the mechanical condition of all timepieces we sell. Payments to be made via check, money orders or wire transfer only. No items shall be sent prior to receipt of funds. At our discretion, check or money order payments may require additional time to clear or bank, due to high incidents of fraud. All shipments are sent fully insured, via FedEx, UPS, or the USPS. If packages are lost or stolen, a refund will be issued only after the approval of the insurance claim by our insurance vendor.
Duties and taxes are your responsibility. Please plan accordingly. Because of difficulty with sending/returning certain brands of watches to the USA, it is your responsibility to return the watch to us. Refunds will be considered ONLY after the watch is returned safely to Ten Past Ten.
