Ref. 1665: Called the "Rail Dial" because of the alignment of the SCOC text, these dials were manufactured for Rolex by Cadrans Stern, who also made the Comex 1665 dials. This particular example features a beautiful creamy patina with matching hands.
CASE
Thick case with minor scratches and surface wear. Small nick along edge as shown. Text on exterior of caseback is crisp and not heavily worn. Numbers between lugs are also clear and visible to the naked eye.
DIAL
Dial is in excellent condition with no visible marks on the surface. Patina is a beautiful shade of medium cream, with matching hands and pearl. The bezel insert has minor wear as shown.
BRACELET
Solid oyster fliplock bracelet with 12 links in excellent condition. There is little to no stretch. 585 end pieces.
