Ref. 5512: A beautiful example of an early matte-dial 5512 Submariner featuring a "Neat Font" dial.

CASE

Case shows minimal wear for a 50 year old watch, and has even chamfers on each lug. There is a small ding on the top left chamfer, but otherwise the case is without fault. Original twin lock crown is still present, and the bezel teeth are sharp and well defined. There is a light engraving on the caseback from the original owner.

DIAL

Original tritium dial as perfectly domed luminous plots and matching hands.

BRACELET

Comes on a USA riveted band with 13 links. There is minimal stretch and the band is in excellent condition.
