16550: A textbook example of a "rail" configuration cream dial Explorer II. The dials are this color due to a defect in the pigmentation of the dial. This phenomena occurred only in the very first batch of 16550s and has since become very desirable.

CASE

Excellent condition. Thick lugs minimally polished, clear and visible serial and reference numbers between the lugs.

DIAL

Original "cream" dial in excellent condition. Markers are light colored and match the original tritium hand set. No visible cracks or hairlines on the dial.

BRACELET

Comes on an original 78360 oyster bracelet in mint condition, with little or no stretch.
