5513: This is a "Tiny Number" 5513 from one of the earliest batches of Comex watches. It is a 1XX serial, and comes in all original condition. The first batches of these 5513s were issued without the customary logo dial that was found on subsequent Rolex Comex watches. This example bears an HEV that is a darker in color and anodized, which is different from the standard metal HEV. Rolex was experimenting with different HEVs which accounts for the difference in appearance. The caseback is engraved on the inside with the last three digits of the S/N. This is an exemplary piece of Rolex and Comex history, worthy of any serious collection.

CASE

Unpolished lugs retaining their original bevel. There are some minor scratches and scuffs showing the years of use on this piece, but it remains in "original" found condition.

DIAL

Original mint dial with aged tritium and matching original hands.

BRACELET

Comes on an original 9135 Rolex folded link bracelet with divers extension.
