The black enamel on the 3-6-9 was subsequently replaced with white enamel, allowing for much better visibility. Also, the silver fonts on the dial were also subsequently replaced with white printing, also perhaps for improved visibility. Found in early serials such as "E" and early "X" serial watches.

Original tritium dial and hands in excellent condition. Silver fonts on the dial, and black enameled 3-6-9 indexes. Hands are tritium and match the dial. *Spots in picture are dust. Dial is perfect.*
