Ref. 1675: $133!! What does that buy you these days? Not much, but in 1969, it bought this beautiful GMT. With amazing patina and faded insert, this is one of the nicest matte 1675s we've had in a while. Comes with original inner box, double punched papers, original price tag with s/n on back, caseback sticker, and more!
Case is in excellent condition with thick lugs. The chamfer on the edges is still visible but soft. The bezel insert has faded to a beautiful aged red and blue. The ref. number between lugs is slightly faded but still visible to the naked eye. The serial numbers are sharp and clear. Caseback dated 1968.
Excellent "Mark 2" dial that has beautifully aged luminous. There are no scratches or marks visible on the dial. Hands match dial, but the 24 hour hand appears ever slightly lighter in tone under some lights.
Comes on a C+I Rolex oyster band with 10 links. There is little to no stretch. The clasp is dated 1970.
