Ref. 6205: One of the earliest Submariners, this 6205 has many unique features including pencil hands, non-hash insert and no Submariner printed on the dial. A real honest survivor, this is a great opportunity to pick up one of the very first Submariners for your collection.

CASE

Case is in very good to excellent condition. There is a chamfered edge visible on both sides, and serial number and ref. number are crisp and clear. The original non-hash insert is in very good condition with wear on the edge as shown. Bezel turns freely, but insert is glued in.

DIAL

Original dial is very glossy still, with a few patches of spottiness as visible in the photographs. The luminous material on the dial has been flattened but is still evident and has not been redone. Original pencil hands may have been relumed at some point, but match the dial.

BRACELET

Comes on a custom 10 Past Ten Italian leather strap with generic buckle.
