6536-1: Although not as valuable as the big crowns, these early small crown Submariners are wonderful watches in their own right. This particular one, with the "Dash One" designation houses a chronometer rated 1030 movement. I have never seen another in such magnificent condition.

CASE

Excellent condition, beveled edges on the lugs so thick you can cut your finger. Never been polished.

DIAL

Beautiful original gilt dial showing very light signs of aging. Hands are original to the watch and match the dial. The hue of the gilt on the dial is very warm and pleasing to the eye. Bezel and rare red triangle non-luminous insert are original and look beautiful together.

BRACELET

Comes on a Rolex riveted oyster bracelet with 13 links in excellent condition.
