Ref. 5513: No frills here, just a really honest beautiful and original condition Submariner non-date. Chronologically one of the latest to feature at meters first dial, this particular example is all original down to its domed crystal and original twinlock crown.

CASE

Case has well defined thick lugs featuring an original factory chamfer. Light surface marks and scratches are present, but nothing out of the ordinary for a 40+ year old watch. The wear is consistent with very careful usage. The watch has its original twinlock crown, and fully visible serial and ref. numbers between the lugs. Caseback is stamped 1968.

DIAL

Dial is an original matte meters first dial in excellent shape. No marks or scratches, the dial has original luminous indexes that match the hands perfectly. The bezel pearl also appears to be matching in tone, along with a near mint bezel insert that has slightly faded grey.

BRACELET

Comes on a Horween shell cordovan leather strap.
